I just called to inquire about when the bonuses were being sent I was given a date and it didnt happen I called again and was told there was a payroll problem that came up and it would be the following Friday I told the guy thank you I understand things happen. And I would call again next week if anything changed.

I was not Satisfied with the service. At all most definitely wont be coming back Brong my two year-old to have fun he was not able to get on no rides at all it was a waste of money

What do I get with my Legoland hotel stay

I have to tell you the gentleman that I talk to the other day was absolutely unbelievable, helpful patient courtesy, and was a wonderful, wonderful person I talk to. I would definitely want to talk to him again. Should I have any other additional questions? I will say that myself and my daughter-in-law with three little kids six and under wont eat as much and so thats where I think its quite expensive.

I I am totally in shock right now. I have just tried to reach the resort to speak with someone because I need to get in touch with them due to an emergency. There is absolutely no one that answers the phone the resort. The phone only leaves a voicemail that asks you to text your need to a phone number. I then sent a text to this number and was told there's no one available to answer the text either. This is shocking. This is the way a very expensive resort is run?? I think this is a very high priced low level resort. I would never ever give it my business!

If you don’t mind cash shaming, Legoland is a wonderful place.

After standing in line with our daughter to get on the train ride, there was a bunch of people behind us, and we were next to all get on. Someone from outside of the line came in and was able to jump on the train all by themselves and cut everybody else off in line.

Who was Up Next and we asked why that could happen?

How could somebody who has not been waiting in line jump on the train all by themselves with nobody else as well as cut everybody else off??

According to the rail instructor, it was the type of pass that the person purchased so that allowed them to cut everybody off and ride the train by themselves due to the class of pass that they have..

Also, the conductor was overweight and very slow to move at his job. You could tell he was not very happy there.

Preferred solution: An apology for upsetting my little girl, and making everybody wait in line the same as everybody else, unless they are disabled even if they are disabled, other people should be allowed to join the ride along with them. Unbelievable.

User's recommendation: Buy the pass that allowes you to cut everyone off and ride the rides by yourself…

Change ticket date

I was planning a trip to legoland with my grandchildren on Sunday 11/ 6. There flight was canceled. I wanted to change the date to the next day. There is no one to speak to on the weekends. They are now arriving on the 6th at 130 am. I sure they will be very tired as they are 5 and 8. I want them to enjoy the trip.
