After standing in line with our daughter to get on the train ride, there was a bunch of people behind us, and we were next to all get on. Someone from outside of the line came in and was able to jump on the train all by themselves and cut everybody else off in line.
Who was Up Next and we asked why that could happen?
How could somebody who has not been waiting in line jump on the train all by themselves with nobody else as well as cut everybody else off??
According to the rail instructor, it was the type of pass that the person purchased so that allowed them to cut everybody off and ride the train by themselves due to the class of pass that they have..
Also, the conductor was overweight and very slow to move at his job. You could tell he was not very happy there.
Preferred solution: An apology for upsetting my little girl, and making everybody wait in line the same as everybody else, unless they are disabled even if they are disabled, other people should be allowed to join the ride along with them. Unbelievable.

Your daughter would never have known if you didn’t make a big deal about it. You had to act like an animal and draw attention to the situation. Do better.
She was the one who made a fuss & started tor cry. While the other boy joined the train by himself.
The rest of us all looking around asking why? Grow up .
