Legoland - Management at corporate is Horrible!!
If you have questions or need help solving your issues about membership, they will only be rude and belittle you. I spoke with Tamera who states no one else is higher than her. So basically she can cut you off, be rude, etc. While you're trying to get help. I was extremely shocked that a place like Legoland can have such a rude management team.

This is a poor excuse for a amusement park for families. Our midway at our once a years county fair is so much better. The employees walk around like zombies. The rides are a joke, I could put a ride together in a day and do better than 90% on the rides they have. The...Read more

Legoland - Unauthorized Charges
My c.c. was charged $884 for a reservation I didn't make for 7/26-29. I've tried to call the hotel directly but to no avail. I am rquesting a refund. My account is in the negative now due to this error. Please call me at 7867620915
